• Conditions for Return: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Returns due to a change of mind are generally not accepted for food products for hygiene reasons.

 

• Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

 

• Exchanges: If you received a damaged or defective item and wish to exchange it, please contact us.

 

• Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
